Cumhub.ai is not a content producer. The platform provides technological tools with which verified users can create videos with face swaps in porn and deepfake porn.

Exception: user-created content

All user content is the responsibility of the user who created it. The administration reserves the right to remove materials that violate the rules or legislation.

Content with real people

The platform may store videos with real people as templates. Such content is published only with written consent from all participants and confirmed age in accordance with legislation. All documents are stored in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

User verification

All users creating content must be over 18 years old and pass verification. They bear full legal responsibility for the created deepfake porn and porn deepfake. The platform provides only technical tools.
